I'm an expert, or as Malcolm Gladwell would call it, an Outlier. Anywho, when I first got my start in this crazy business, it was really just for sh%ts and giggles, pranking local businesses back in college a la The Jerky Boys or recording voice mail greetings on my friends' phones.
