i am very upset with this person, took her several tries to try and get it right, i asked several times to cancel this order and she did not, she was unable to do this job for us... tried to contact someone in your department and no one tried to get back to us... we are seriously debating if we are going to use fiverr again!! we have been using fiverr for a few yeras and never had a problem until now.... its unfair that without talking to me from your team i was charged anyway!! very frustrated!!

As you mention, I was more than willing to help you, took me several tries, trying to guess what you were looking for. Even told you how to contact F Support team. The production of voice needs clarity in ideas to evoke the right intention and feeling. Sorry for not being a mind reader.
