Each order includes 1 .WAV file.If you need more than 1 audio file, please select the "split files" option below for up to 5 separate files. More than 5 separate files? Addthe qty of that upgrade you need.

Prefer .MP3 or other format? Please include your request in the order instructions. Please let me know if your phone system requires files with particular settings before I record. Re-editing the file after delivery is subject to additional fee.

Script changes after file has been delivered require extra work and therefore will incur additional charges.

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot call in to your voicemail system to record a greeting. I provide an audio file (.mp3 or .wav, depending on your order) and you upload the file into your phone system. I won't access your system to upload it for you.

Please avoid sending attachments for me to download. Preferred method is entering the script directly into the "order instructions" box for faster service.
