I had a order,but then found it out due to the time difference that in Korea it would be probably too late,then I respectly ask a refund immediately.Then I log out.Today I login,find she refuse my refund with "cancelation will damage my reputation", and she also block me. What a terrible experience!

Terrible experience, very disrespectful. Placed an order and wanted a FREE IMMEDIATE Delivery and did not want to give me the Rush fee to get it done ASAP. Then said " what a pity I want to cancel." I stopped what I was doing to give them a delivery with no charge. Don't work with this person!
